How to create a mother and son look

Hello, I hope you are all doing fine despite everything that is happening lately with this coronavirus. I took these wonderful photos with my son before the quarantine was declared. I wanted to share this look here in our corner, but the first quarantine days were so crazy that only today was it possible for me to share them.

Well, the easiest way to create a mother and son look is to combine identical pieces. For example, two in blue jeans and white t-shirts. But that is not the only way. We can also create perfect mother and son outfits where the mother’s look is not necessarily the same as the son’s look but, match perfectly as is with our looks today.

The clothes we wear most often reflect our personality. And children are not different, at very young age they start to develop their own personality and taste in clothes. Which means that from the age of four and five when we buy clothes for our children, we not only take into account what they like, but we also look at what suits their personality.

My son is serene, shy, sensitive and a very loving child. He loves to play with friends and his brothers, but he also doesn’t mind spending the day at home watching TV, especially Avatar and Pokémon. He does also enjoys playing chess with his sister. At his age (6 years), like any child, comfort, colors and patterns are what catch his attention the most.

Our looks are from https://www.oilily.com/collections/women-summer-20?page=1. Oilily is one of my favorite brands. I love their style, the colors and especially the exclusivity of their prints and their clothes have a very good quality. It is a perfect brand to create looks for mothers and children. Last year my son started to create interest for joggers suit. He says that they are super cool and allow him play comfortably. At oilily I found the perfect jogger suit for him. Slightly skinny, this jogger suit is perfect for his elegant body. And he loved the graphics and figures of the jogger, as they have everything to do with the cartoons he watches.

For me I chose a look that even though is different, it perfectly matches his. I opted for beige pants and a blouse in the same color, but with tiny prints in green, yellow, brown and lilac. Colors well suited for this time of year. But to make the look super bafonic, I added this super stylish jacket in khaki green. I love this coat and I will definitely style it more often here on the blog.

As you can see, although we are not dressed in the same clothes, our looks converge perfectly. Both in terms of colors, style and print.

I hope you enjoyed the post and don’t forget to dream and fight for the realization of your dreams.
With love,
Angodiva
